We sell our own roasted coffees on the gastropolis (4-5 types), and in our coffee grinders a light and a medium roasted arabica coffee is used as the basis for our coffee drinks. The coffee beans come green (raw) from selected plantations and are roasted in our own roasting machine: fresh, every week. The varieties are changing, with some of our favorites: Kenya, Ethiopia, Columbia, Indonesia, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Peru, Brazil.
Most meat or fish is steamed or sous-vide, garnishes are seasonal and reform. We try to make as many foods as possible gluten, lactose and sugar free. We prepare 20-30 portions of food per day, so they are prepared fresh and after order, so that the freshness of the food is guaranteed.
